What You Will Do

As a Machine Learning Engineer at MileIQ, you will be entrusted with full ownership of AI projects from inception to deployment. Your duties include:

• Collaboratively identifying problem areas and crafting machine learning solutions with product leads and engineers.
• Designing, curating, and managing datasets to build robust features and train effective models.
• Developing and shipping high-performance ML solutions that are cost-effective and low-latency.
• Writing production-quality code and setting a standard for future technologies at MileIQ.
• Establishing and managing data systems and pipelines to streamline AI technology deployment.

About You

Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of relevant experience in machine learning, software design, and algorithmic solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Extensive experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge in Docker, Git, and data streaming frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Flink) is preferred.
