As an analyst within Lucid's Strategy & Analytics team, you need to be adept in all strategic problem-solving facets - from identifying opportunities, analyzing data, representing findings, to enforcing changes. This role is catered specifically for individuals well-versed in leveraging data and eager to escalate their careers to greater heights.
Analysts on the Strategy & Analytics team assist various sections throughout the business, granting you the chance to experience diverse facets of the business and augment your insight and expertise. These sections consist of Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Operations, Customer Experience, Product, and Strategy. We make use of a common tool-set across these roles, but each carries specific challenges, providing unique learning opportunities.
Previous ventures from our team encompass the formation of customer health scores to pinpoint risk-prone accounts, defining channels to expedite product adoption at large-scale corporates, constructing tools for automatic analysis of A/B tests, exploring methods to enhance collaboration and product virality and devising dashboards to assist sales teams in identifying high-yield accounts.
Despite your routine tasks being aligned with the domain you are delegated to, you would have the robust support of the Strategy & Analytics team. While we are scattered across the firm, we maintain strong bonds via weekly team training, daily operational meetings and regular team activities. We extend assistance to one another, and the combined efforts of our entire team usually leave no questions unanswered.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders across Lucid's various departments
- Identify and understand challenges and opportunities
- Propose data-driven recommendations
- Implement novel initiatives aimed at business expansion
- Carry out other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in a technical or quantitative sphere
- Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL
- Basic understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and address open-ended issues
- Attentive, organized, and a good team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 4 years of data analysis experience in a SaaS setting
