As an Operations Master Data and Packaging Documentation Change Analyst at AstraZeneca, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Operations Master Data Analyst and the Senior Packaging Documentation Change Specialist. Your role will be essential in maintaining the master data that allows AstraZeneca to plan, procure, and produce materials efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging documentation change processes at our Newark site.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will be divided into two primary areas: Operations Master Data Analyst (OMDA) and Packaging Documentation Change Analyst.

As an Operations Master Data Analyst:

  • Ensure all additions, deletions, or changes to key operational master data in SAP occur via the Change Management process.
  • Analyze Change Requests, understand their impacts, and coordinate the accurate and timely creation or modification of relevant master data.

As a Packaging Documentation Change Analyst:

  • Manage assigned packaging documentation change tasks to meet the needs of internal and external customers while maintaining compliance with CGMP’s and other regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and/or experience working in SAP.
  • Strong analytical, assertive, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in areas such as Packaging Operations, Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Packaging Technical Services, and Packaging Graphics.
  • Understanding of packaging processes, format development, compliance issues, and CGMPs.
  • Highly organized with a logical approach to tasks.
  • Good interpersonal and project management/coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations regarding data management and validation requirements.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with EQV system.
  • APICS or CPIM certification.
  • Graphic design certification.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power App.
