At Emerson, we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Oracle Supply Chain Data Analyst to enhance our Corporate Supply Chain Systems, focusing primarily on Oracle Supplier Data Management, supporting our Indirect Program Operations, and managing Helpdesk Operations. Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Supplier Data Management:

  • Coordinate supplier research and setup procedures within Oracle.
  • Collaborate with Dun & Bradstreet for detailed supplier research and mapping activities.
  • Work effectively with the Systems Team and various Business Units to implement vital projects and tasks.
  • Take full ownership of projects, ensuring the completion of tasks and deliverables with high precision.
  • Continuously update process documentation reflecting changes in supplier management operations.

Helpdesk Operations:

  • Provide essential first-level support for Corporate Supply Chain Systems Tools by managing Helpdesk support to ensure operational coverage.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service to address and resolve user issues efficiently.
  • Proactively handle user queries, escalating complex issues to System Admin or third-party support when necessary.

Who We Are Looking For:

An ideal candidate is excellent in communication across various settings and possesses a strong bottom-line orientation. You should be customer-focused and able to collaborate effectively to achieve results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field focusing on Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong background in Oracle ERP, with a preference for experience in procurement/sourcing applications.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience coupled with 1-2 years in a Business Analyst role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, superb problem-solving skills, and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage data effectively, flexibility, and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Must be a proactive self-starter and a fast learner who is a great team player.

Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Costa Rica Time.
