Key Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives and create advanced algorithms in NLP and GenAI, driving tangible business outcomes.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to meld AI technologies seamlessly into our products and services.
- Acquire patents and share your findings in prestigious journals and leading global conferences.
- Keep pace with AI advancements to maintain cutting-edge expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computational linguistics.
- Develop and test prototypes and proofs-of-concept for real-world application.
- Mentor emerging researchers and lead by example in knowledge dissemination.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or a related domain.
- Solid history of research in NLP and GenAI showcased by publications, patents, or software solutions.
- Proficient in Python and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience in various machine learning methodologies and familiarity with deep learning, reinforcement learning, and unsupervised learning.
- Hands-on experience in data handling, model training, running tests, data analysis post-deployment, and crafting metrics for model integrity.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and creativity.
- Robust communication skills, apt at simplifying complex tech for non-tech audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postdoctoral or significant industry experience in AI research.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Proficiency in developing scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms.
- Experience with LLMs beyond conversational use cases and in legal-related NLP applications.
