Position Overview: Principal Research Scientist

As a leading member of the Algorithmic Solutions Group, the Principal Research Scientist will play a pivotal role in advancing the frontiers of science and technology. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who is eager to tackle complex problems across ADI's diverse application portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create groundbreaking algorithms tailored for specific applications pertinent to Analog Devices.
  • Develop software simulations to evaluate algorithm performance.
  • Lead the prototyping initiatives and transform theoretical concepts into practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with other experts within and outside the Algorithmic Solutions Group to align innovations with our mission.
  • Keep updated with the latest advancements in algorithm research and apply cutting-edge knowledge to exceed current technological capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • PhD or MS degree in a related field with at least 5 years of industry experience.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, AI, signal processing, or biomedical and health sciences.
  • A proven track record of successful algorithm development and implementation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent ability to work collaboratively across different teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Capability to effectively manage uncertainties and complex scenarios.
