Are you passionate about data management and student success? Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Registrar/Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves coordinating student enrollment, managing academic records, and ensuring data integrity. As a central records facilitator, you will play a crucial role in the organization and management of permanent academic information for all learners.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and analyze student training data to prepare detailed reports for managers.
  • Develop and maintain information systems to track data, develop metrics, and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Perform data entry for curriculum updates, including course dates, times, locations, and requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance, cataloging, and metadata management of digital and training assets.
  • Monitor and report attendance patterns to enhance student success management.
  • Provide quality control for digital records and ensure data integrity.
  • Liaise regularly with senior managers to plan and track curriculum development.
  • Suggest and implement improvements for workflow efficiencies through data management.
  • Coordinate student enrollment and perform course registration for new and continuing students.
  • Review graduation candidates to ensure all requirements are met and provide graduation lists to course directors.
  • Schedule classes and assign classrooms for multiple programs.
  • Assist with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflow processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently hold and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Possess a college degree or a High School Diploma with at least three years of relevant experience in data entry, records management, or program support. A bachelor's degree can substitute for years of experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong customer service skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and analyzing datasets.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Ability to identify, categorize, and develop tools to manage vital records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with database tools like SharePoint or Oracle.
  • Ability to work an eight-hour day between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in library science, information management, or data systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills for conveying options, recommendations, and workflows to decision-makers.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Experience with data curation tools like PowerQuery.
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data collection methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows and tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in handling personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Experience in desktop publishing and previous experience as a registrar or in training support.
  • Availability to support a Monday-Friday schedule working until 6 PM, adhering to an eight-hour workday plus breaks.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $117,500.00
