Job Purpose

Reporting to the NY Manager of Process & Strategy under NY Work and Resource Planning, the Senior Analyst position involves insightful data analysis and interpretation, leading end-to-end processes, and fostering seamless cross-functional teamwork. You will understand the business drivers impacting processes including financial, regulatory, operational, capital, and stakeholder engagement factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project completion.
• Develop a culture of innovation in processes while advising leadership on the impact of policies and practices.
• Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency with the leadership team.
• Support the Manager and Director in delivering process performance and coordinate across the organization.
• Provide leadership in solving complex system-wide problems.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools – particularly Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, economics, or engineering (advanced business degree preferred).
• Experience with TensorFlow.

More Information

Salary: $100,000 - $118,000 per year.
