About the Role

The Senior Data Scientist I will play a crucial role in driving advanced analytics within our Business Analytics function. Focusing on Health and Risk Solutions, this position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business outcomes through data-driven insights and machine learning. Responsibilities include developing predictive models and applying machine learning techniques to optimize our processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor predictive models for various health-related initiatives.
• Utilize advanced analytics to solve complex business problems across different data analysis functions, including predictive analysis, data modeling, and visualization.
• Employ multiple data sources, both structured and unstructured, to enhance model insights.
• Continuously innovate in modeling techniques and data science procedures.

What We Look For

• Proficiency in statistical programming languages like Python, SQL, R, and visualization tools such as Tableau.
• BS/MS or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in data science, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and AI principles.
• Experience in healthcare data or health insurance is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
