Job Description

The Job at a Glance:

Our advanced team is currently exploring various use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs) to better align job seekers with suitable jobs and recruiters with apt talent through semantic search technologies. Utilizing in-house tuned LLMs deployed on AWS with Vector DBs, we enhance retrieval capabilities. This role involves designing, planning, and implementing systems grounded in LLM-inference, which includes sophisticated Refer-and-Gather (RAG) processes.

You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning, Big Data Engineers, Cloud Software Engineers, and DevOps within a Scrum framework. Your contributions will be pivotal in streamlining deployment and setting MLOps best practices for large-scale models, significantly easing the path to a new job with just a click.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will not only implement and scale ML-based services utilizing Sagemaker but will also refine the delivery process of our machine learning products. Your expertise will foster best practices in MLOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) to enhance the scalability and management of LLM-based pipelines.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have over 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field, with proven proficiency in production-level Python, Amazon Sagemaker deployment of LLMs, and LLM-related packages like PyTorch and Transformers. Experience with IaC (such as Terraform), CI/CD, and test automation is also essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
