About the Role: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

As a fearless problem solver at Resultant, your primary role will be to innovate and implement cutting-edge machine learning and AI solutions to meet the dynamic needs of our diverse clientele in both public and private sectors. Our ideal candidate is someone who is not only proficient in machine learning technologies but also passionate about making a significant impact through their work.

What You Will Do:

• Design and develop efficient data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Deploy ML research and models to production in diverse environments, including on-premises and cloud platforms
• Enhance our processes with rapid prototyping, optimal tooling, and adopt new data sources to improve solution quality
• Collaborate effectively with a team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Architects to build and maintain scalable and robust system architectures for ML model deployment
• Keep abreast of new tools and technologies to continuously improve our solutions

Key Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline
• Substantial experience with software engineering, APIs, and modern machine learning techniques
• Proficiency with Python and other programming languages such as Scala, C++, or R
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Python API frameworks, and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines, and both relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong foundation in data mining, linear algebra, statistics, and probability
