Job Description
The Senior/Lead Data Engineer for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is responsible for designing and providing efficient cloud solutions for clients. This role demands comprehensive knowledge and expertise in GCP services, architecture, and best practices. The individual will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud solutions. Additionally, they should drive innovation and keep abreast with the latest GCP technologies and trends to offer industry-leading solutions.
Your Impact:
- Work with clients to comprehend their business needs and design GCP architecture accordingly.
- Develop and enforce cloud strategies, best practices, and standards for efficient and effective cloud utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud solutions on GCP.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the team to enhance their skills and expertise in GCP.
- Keep abreast with the latest GCP technologies, trends, and best practices and assess their applicability to client solutions.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive implementation experience in various GCP Data Storage and Processing services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Bigtable, Dataform, Data fusion, cloud spanner, Cloud SQL.
- Must have programming experience with tools like Javascript, Python, Apache Spark.

Base Salary Range for the Role: 110,000 - 140,000 (varies depending on experience)
