Minimum Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of software development experience in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or Javascript.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects, with 2+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
• 3+ years experience in building and developing large-scale infrastructure and/or distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization on cross-functional or cross-business projects.
