We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Regional Manager (SRM) to lead our field sales team in the machine learning vertical. This role offers the exciting opportunity to drive growth and transformation in high-performance computing (HPC) within the cloud.

What You Will Do

You will helm the strategic sales initiatives for Oracle's HPC services targeting the AI and machine learning markets. This is a role that demands a strong sales track record, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both cloud technologies and the unique demands of high-performance computing applications.

As a Sr Sales Manager specializing in AI & Machine Learning, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and expanding Oracle's sales efforts within the machine learning and artificial intelligence industries.
  • Developing a comprehensive strategic plan to enhance Oracle's market share and visibility in the HPC landscape.
  • Recruitment, training, and management of sales personnel.
  • Directing long sales cycles and negotiating deals that position Oracle as a preferred cloud services provider.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the SRM role should have:

  • Over 5 years in cloud sales management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record in managing large quotas and demonstrating successful P&L management.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning industry practices and technologies, especially within Oracle’s ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in nurturing long-term client relationships and navigating complex sales processes.
