Responsibilities

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating ML systems for Machine Translation, Localization, Contextualization, and Personalization.
  • Contributing to research paths that deliver the best accuracy and quality in natural language processing (NLP) tasks.
  • Expanding the reach of ML technologies for multilingual and localization purposes.
  • Collaborating with product managers and business teams to understand and define business problems, formulating data-driven and ML-based solutions.

Qualifications

You’ll bring value to the team because you:

  • Proactively seek perfection in AI systems.
  • Are proficient in Spanish, English, and Python.
  • Hold a PhD or master’s degree in CS, CE, ML, with 3+ years of experience in an industry domain related to NLP.
  • Are obsessed with the accuracy, quality, impact, and efficiency of ML systems.
  • Enjoy manipulating large volumes of data.
  • Can leverage Transformers and LLMs to solve Seq2Seq tasks like Neural Machine Translation (NMT).
  • Have hands-on ML experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, or specific tools like MarianNMT or openNMT.
  • Bring end-to-end ML experience, from vision to research, proof of concept, production, and launch.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may also include stock for certain positions.

Minimum Qualifications

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 4 years of experience in an analytics-related field OR
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2 years of experience in an analytics-related field OR
