A CDP Data Engineer (Adobe RTCDP) assists clients in maximizing the value from their investment into Customer Data Platforms like Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), by extracting, transforming, and loading data onto the platform to construct a unified customer profile. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team composed of Consultants, Solutions Architects, Data Scientists, and Digital Marketers. Role and Responsibilities - Become an expert in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP. - Offer profound domain knowledge in our client’s business, technology stack, and data infrastructure, along with a broad understanding of data engineering. - Extract, transform, and load marketing and customer data into the platform in an automated, scalable fashion. - Design, build/configure, and test Adobe Experience Platform's necessary source and destination connections, data sets, XDM schemas, and identity namespaces. - Formulate the unified customer profile. - Identify and write required queries for segmentation, reporting, analysis, and ML models in query service. Preferred Qualifications - College degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. - Must have hands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including schema creation, data ingestion from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, and linking destinations for activation. - A minimum of 5 years of experience designing and constructing data pipelines. - At least 3 years of experience working in an agency setting and strong consulting skills working closely with clients. - Proficiency and practical application of SQL. - Comprehensive understanding of working with APIs. - Solid knowledge of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure. - Experience using cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or similar. - Experience with data warehouse solutions like Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar is beneficial.
