Position: AI Content Ecosystem Manager

Role Overview

As an AI Content Ecosystem Manager on the Digital Experiences Team, you'll blend operational and creative skills to scale content and digital experiences for our members. You will contribute to our mission by delivering science-backed coaching interventions at optimal moments in personal development, through innovative systems and processes. This strategic role involves collaboration across the organization to build and maintain a robust content infrastructure, supporting members, partners, and coaches. You'll also lead the way in leveraging AI-powered content. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new digital content using GenAI and our proprietary BetterUp knowledge base.
• Enhance processes to improve the quality, speed, and scalability of content creation and personalization efforts.
• Create and maintain a content roadmap, taxonomy, and knowledge base to power our digital experiences.
• Collaborate with the GenAI & Recommendations team to manage data infrastructure and generate dynamic content prompts.
• Lead AI and non-AI audio and video content projects.
• Oversee the migration to and ongoing use of a new CMS, working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Ensure editorial style consistency across all content and AI experiences.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to test and measure the success of our AI content strategy.
• Support internal teams such as sales, customer success, and coach operations by addressing issues related to our resource library or CMS promptly.

Qualifications:

If you possess some or all of the following, we encourage you to apply:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations or content-related project management roles.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative, production, or content teams.
• A proven track record of effectively solving complex problems and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proactive planning and the ability to respond to unexpected challenges.
• Strong systems thinking and technical execution skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using a Content Management System (CMS); familiarity with Contentful is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Linear.
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing and maintaining a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system is a plus.
• Experience with AI and knowledge bases is a plus.
