Job Title: AI/ML DevOps Engineer

Summary & Role Information:

We are looking for an AI/ML DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automating the build, test, and deployment of AI/ML models and associated applications.
• Containerizing AI/ML applications using Docker and/or Cloud Native Buildpacks (CNB) for efficient deployment to Kubernetes.
• Implementing monitoring and logging to track performance, reliability, and resource utilization of AI/ML applications, and proactively identifying issues for troubleshooting.
• Implementing security best practices and compliance standards for AI/ML infrastructure and applications, including data encryption, access control, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists and AI/ML engineers to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Driving the adoption of ML Ops and new data science techniques within the team.
• Exploring tools and software for scanning vulnerabilities of open-source AI/ML model providers and implementing them as part of the pipelines.
• Documenting infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and best practices, and providing training and support to team members on DevOps tools and practices.
• Utilizing vector databases for efficient data handling and retrieval.

Experience (Role Requirements):

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 4-10 years of experience in DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Kubeflow/MLflow, Amazon Sagemaker, and Azure pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, CNB, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Understanding of security principles and best practices for cloud-based environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
