About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will support the organization’s growth by creating and presenting data analysis. Your work will support our efforts to improve our programming and make strategic, data driven decisions. You will join the Data Insights team, within the Product team, and will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of data, analysing our program outcomes, and partnering with regional program teams to understand and make decisions based on our data.
Role Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include data management and reporting, statistical data analysis, presentation of findings, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a BA/BS in quantitative field, at least 1 years of quantitative experience, and proficiency in Excel and at least one other programming language. Additional qualifications such as a learner’s mindset, proficiency in other technical tools, and a commitment to equity and inclusion are also preferred.
Workplace Expectations
The successful candidate should be able to travel 4 times a year for team meetings and retreats.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Benefits
Compensation is competitive and depends on prior work experience and demonstrated qualifications. The salary range will lie between $49,000-$61,200 in Atlanta, $51,500-$64,400 in Chicago, and $56,800-$70,900 in Newark or New York City.
