We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our expanding team, collaborating in a team environment, creating innovative solutions to common business problems, and advocating for data-driven methods throughout the company. The perfect candidate will be highly adaptable to new areas of knowledge and possess a natural interest in identifying patterns and challenges that connect the business world. This individual will have the capacity to develop various types of models from conception to implementation while keeping client goals and activation in focus. Role and Responsibilities: 1. Use critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, utilizing digital marketing knowledge to translate high-level business objectives into short and long-term solutions around customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and personalization. 2. Generate model-driven solutions in various platforms for a broad range of business issues and industries, utilizing best-practice techniques in regression and classification while demonstrating a connection to marketing strategy principles. 3. Partner with the internal marketing, design, and strategy teams to define and execute cross-functional solutions, instigating significant activation in digital marketing platforms with measurable impact for clients. 4. Work closely with clients to identify and enhance opportunities for data-driven solutions to improve digital maturity in audience targeting and personalization. 5. Articulate complex ideas clearly concisely, both verbally and in writing; understand the audience and customize messages accordingly. 6. Synthesize and analyze different datasets, including web analytics, customer, and marketing data to draw conclusions and provide actionable insight. 7. Make pragmatic decisions between creating custom modeling frameworks or applying ready-made solutions based on business needs. 8. Contribute to a highly collaborative data science team with brainstorming, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing to improve deliverable quality and solution repeatability. 9. Stay updated with industry developments through continuous learning and actively promote new methods relevant to current challenges. Preferred Qualifications: - Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing consulting, with at least 1 year of applying machine learning algorithms for clients OR 3+ years hands-on machine learning experience in a consulting environment. - Hold a Bachelor's degree showcasing skills in quantitative and scientific methods such as math, statistics, natural sciences, finance, social sciences. - Have in-depth knowledge of either GMP or Adobe marketing ecosystems and use cases (Paid/Social, Email, CRO, etc.). - Exhibit advanced SQL skills. - Be highly proficient in Python and at least one data science toolkit. - Possess experience working with web analytics data (Google, Adobe). - Have experience with cloud computing platforms and data warehousing (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
