Job Description
The HR Business Data Analyst will be reporting to the Head of Organisation.
This position is in the Cost & Organisation function, primarily concerned with daily management of bank wide position / headcount / organisation within the HR System Workday (Position Management, Organisations & Hierarchies, Job Framework, Security) and related governance.
Job Scope
- Working alongside Stakeholders to help maintain their headcount and prevent budget overflow
- Assisting with the UK job framework management, which includes requesting and setting up new job profiles
- Finding opportunities for process enhancement to maximise both customer and employee experience
- Providing technical advice to the company regarding position management, hierarchy administration, staffing models, role catalogue, and headcount planning.
- Initiating and approving positions in Workday
- Identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting potential risks and taking action to mitigate or escalate any possible issues.
- Creating organisational structure charts in PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Experience in handling large data sets and abilities to use Excel for generating MI and analysis for different sectors
- Proficiency in Excel and PPT
- Prior experience in an HR or Organisation role
- Knowledge of an investment banking function
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, expanding environment
- Effective cross-departmental communication skills which can be validated.
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Analytical perspective with a keen eye for detail
Additional Information
Three days per week will be spent in the London office
