Key Responsibilities

As a Leader Data Science, you will:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performance team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business areas to understand needs and define the Data Science strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end Data Science projects from technical conception to implementation and results communication, ensuring valuable business outcomes.
• Promote best practices in Data Science methodologies, data governance, quality, and documentation.
• Communicate insights, recommendations, and results effectively across various audiences, from technical staff to top management.
• Deliver rapid results by adopting cost-effective solution alternatives, promoting MVP solution adoption, and integrating diverse data sources.
• Oversee data architecture and governance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven leadership in high-performance Data Science teams within dynamic, result-oriented corporate environments.
• Expertise in advanced machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, data mining, predictive analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills, complex problem-solving, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R, and familiarity with relevant tools and frameworks such as Snowflake, Spark, TensorFlow, and others.
• Experience in applying Data Science in Marketing, CRM, Digital Analytics contexts, and familiarity with Salesforce and advertising network data from platforms like Meta and Google.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields, and higher levels of specialization.
• Experience in industries like education, e-commerce, fintechs, or retail.
