About the Role

As a Machine Learning Ops Engineer with Renesas, you will play a pivotal role in automating and optimizing the integration and maintenance of machine learning models in both traditional and generative AI landscapes, propelling the effectiveness of our global AI, Data & Analytics Division.

Your Impact

Our dynamic team is scaling up to meet the rising demand for AI and Generative AI solutions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to:

• Developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring robust ML pipelines using Databricks.
• Resolving complex issues pertaining to data, model, and infrastructure.
• Enhancing AI/ML system performance, reliability, and security.
• Exploring new technologies to refine our machine learning workflows.
• Implementing best practices for data and code quality, version control, and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in DevOps, MLOps, tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and familiarity with Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience in CI/CD, effective communication, and a strong desire to drive value through innovative technology solutions.
• Preferred: Databricks certifications, knowledge of major cloud ecosystems (especially Azure), and experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform components.
