Research Scientist - AI Ethics & Responsible AI Leader

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build trustworthy AI systems and support business offerings, utilizing responsible AI principles for our customers. - Design and lead experiments and use cases to explore and put into practice Responsible AI principles and best practices. - Design governance structures and training programs to promote awareness and adoption of responsible AI principles, assisting with the implementation of responsible AI across the varying business units and segments of the organization. - Contribute towards publications at top Machine Learning conferences and scientific journals in the field of Responsible AI. - Keep up with the latest research trends and tools related to Responsible AI and incorporate them into various aspects of our business. Requirements: - A PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Strong technical skills in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistics. - Experience with Responsible AI frameworks and technical tools, to implement techniques adhering to principles and best practices. - Experience with methods to identify data quality and bias, building trustworthy AI, and creating explainable and interpretable AI systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven capabilities to contribute to publications at leading Machine Learning conferences and/or journals. - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with an ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with recent AI trends, such as Generative AI, and the potential to integrate them with AI Ethics, is a significant advantage. - Experience in dispersing knowledge and conducting training sessions in related fields is also preferred.
