Job Description: Staff Engineer - Machine Learning

We are seeking a Staff Engineer with a rich background in Machine Learning, showcasing 7-10 years of expertise in the field. The ideal candidate will:

• Research, design, and implement ML algorithms and tools tailored to company needs.
• Advance machine learning applications focusing on requirements specific to AI Ops that utilize LLM technology for solutions in intelligent interaction, root cause analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Build and manage a LLM application framework, integrating it into our comprehensive SRE software platform.
• Analyze multi-layered data sets, refine existing ML libraries and frameworks.
• Lead machine learning testing and experimentation; diligently document results.
• Engage in detailed statistical analysis and adjustments derived from test outcomes.
• Oversight of training, re-training, and the monitoring of machine learning systems and models.
• Develop optimized data pipelines to support ML model efficiency.

Required skills: In-depth knowledge of ML, deep learning technologies, and Python. Familiarity with basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles. Experience in JVM languages is preferable.

Qualifications

The role demands a Degree in Computer Science and proven track record in building and deploying machine learning systems. Applicants should have substantial programming experience, particularly in Python and JVM languages.
