As the Stations Data Analyst, you will deliver comprehensive data analysis of station performances for use by UK and Continental station teams at Eurostar, aiming to enhance customer experience and operational proficiency. You will ensure accurate and appropriate quality reporting in order to precisely illustrate KPI and metric performance, supporting the business decision-making process with data, modeling, and predictive analysis. The position is based in our office at St Pancras Station, with regular trips to France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Internal Use Only EIL Grade D, Travel Level 2, based in SPI. Requirements We are looking for someone who will... Collect and organise data efficiently, utilising current, past, and predictive data to gauge station goals and KPIs on NPS, Throughput, Sales... Create and contribute to business dashboards with supportive commentary that presents current, past, and predictive performance and crucial metric data of Eurostar Stations in UK & Continental. Create and present dashboards and reports to Eurostar managers and team members. Back operational and customer-facing managers and teams by converting data into insight to identify trends and performance which hold managers responsible to take fitting action for improvement. Promote “single version of the truth” reporting capability, reducing duplication and shadowing of reporting tasks with a singular overview of stations. Aid processes and procedures including escalation that verifies the consistency and accuracy of data, liaising with business and technical teams to rectify errors and anomalies. Support the business by providing necessary data or reports + regular submission. You'll need... To be fluent in French and English. Experience in languages, for example, SQL, DAX. Good understanding of visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. Proven data analysis skills. The aptitude to comprehend the data aspects of business problems. Extensive use of Microsoft software for data recording and presentation. The ability to write and present clear reports. Good communication skills at all levels.
