What You’ll Be Doing

As a People & Culture Manager at Altar.io, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for HR matters, including employee benefits, branding initiatives, and insurance programs
  • Supervise recruitment strategies, including partnerships with colleges, agencies, and sourcing strategies
  • Oversee the recruitment cycle, assist in onboarding new employees, and maintain HR systems
  • Conduct culture and well-being assessments

The Experience We Need

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or Psychology
  • 5+ years as a Tech Recruiter/People & Culture Manager
  • Experience in start-ups (mandatory)
  • Extensive experience in full life cycle IT recruitment
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Fluency in English
