The Role: AI/ML Developer

As part of our high-performing global data science team, you will develop state-of-the-art AI solutions for AMD business units. You will provide leadership on AI/ML projects and champion the integration of AI/ML across the organization.

The Candidate

We are looking for a self-motivated AI expert to work directly with business teams on diverse data science projects including:

Key Responsibilities

• Generative AI
• Forecasting
• Deep learning

Preferred Experience

• Proficient with Jupyterhub, Anaconda, or similar platforms
• Skilled in Python, Pandas, PyTorch, and Numpy
• Experience in developing neural networks
• Familiarity with visualization libraries like Plotly, Seaborn, Bokeh, etc.
• RDBMS and Linux expertise

Desired Skills

• Ability to work with and fine-tune generative AI models
• Knowledge of vector or graph databases
• Experience with UI development frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular.js, React
• Proficient in Dataiku platform
• Background in the semiconductor industry
• Understanding of semiconductor design, validation, and manufacturing processes
• Experience in user requirement gathering
• Collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver AI solutions
• Knowledge of PySpark, Spark, TensorFlow, Keras
• Experience with Hadoop, Cloudera, Snowflake
• Familiarity with ROCm platform

Academic Credentials

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Computing, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar fields

Your salary will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location within the hiring range for this position. Additionally, you may be eligible for incentives such as an annual bonus or sales incentive.
