Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tuning and prompt engineering of Large Language Models (LLMs) for our Artisans, specifically focusing on models like Google’s Gemini, OpenAI’s GPT-3.5, GPT-4, GPT-4.0, and Anthropic’s Claude.
• Developing user interaction systems for platform features through chat interfaces, including onboarding and setup guided by Ava, our AI BDR.
• Architecting LLM systems that integrate seamlessly with third-party tools to accommodate various Artisan use cases, such as email conversations and user chat interfaces.
• Minimizing hallucinations and maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
• Reducing latency in our LLM systems.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in LLM technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Industry experience in LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Significant experience with Python and MLOps tools such as MLFlow along with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Expertise in Python back-end development.
