About the Role

As a Partnerships and Growth Strategist, you will play a vital role in supporting our M&A and Enterprise teams. This position requires a professional adept at both developing partnership proposals and engaging in front-facing communications. You will craft compelling presentations and memos to effectively communicate complex business and financial proposals to various stakeholders. Strong financial acumen, persuasive writing skills, and a strategic mindset are crucial for driving our company's growth through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships that align with our long-term objectives, ensuring financial soundness and strategic benefit.
• Develop High-Quality Decks and Memos: Create polished presentations and memos that effectively communicate complex financial and strategic insights to diverse audiences.
• Collaboration with M&A and Enterprise Teams: Support these teams in deal structuring, due diligence, and integration planning, providing key financial and strategic assessments.
• Financial Structuring: Assist in structuring partnerships and framing financial proposals persuasively. Financial modeling experience is a plus.
• Front-Facing Communication: Present to senior leadership and external partners, while also enhancing written collateral for consistency and impact.
• Support for Written Collateral: Draft, edit, and refine written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field required. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically and align financial analysis with company goals.
• Front-Facing Experience: Comfortable presenting to senior executives and external partners.
• Financial Expertise: Solid understanding of finance, with strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to financial analysis and written communication.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and roles smoothly.
