Bots and People Product GmbH is Hiring a Remote Project Management - Working Student!

Your Tasks

As a Project Manager Working Student at Bots & People, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the management of training concepts and materials, such as updating, researching, translating, and designing using tools like Miro and Canva.
• Assisting the team with the preparation of customer meetings, including creating slides and conducting research.
• Preparing briefing documentation for managing external trainers.
• Handling customer and user care processes, including support tickets and workshop facilitation support.
• Collaborating proactively with the product team to identify and manage improvement opportunities.
• Participating in and supporting the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) for our learners.

Your Profile

• Ready to accept this challenge for a minimum of 6 months and available 20 hours a week (the more, the better!)
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, IT, or a similar field.
• Relevant internship experience in consulting, IT, or a B2B startup.
• Currently enrolled as a Master’s student in a relevant field (Business/Management).
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
• Passionate and curious about agile and innovative ways of designing and managing upskilling initiatives.
• Experienced in building collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) and communicating professionally with enterprise clients.
• Interest in technology and fundamental knowledge in Business Process Automation and AI.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to navigate complexity.
