If you are an ambitious, highly motivated Implementation Manager passionate about delivering technical software projects to enterprise customers, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. You will work with a team of skilled project managers to implement the Brightflag platform for new customers, speeding up their time to value. The role demands collaboration across Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales, Product, and Business/Legal Analysts, ensuring seamless customer business requirements understanding, historical data migration, application configuration, system integration, and comprehensive training for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute customer implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements and establish clear business outcomes.
  • Utilize requirement gathering templates to capture and detail customer requirements, establishing the project scope.
  • Configure the Brightflag platform according to project scope and customer requirements with internal resources.
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies, maintaining data integrity and accuracy throughout the lifecycle.
  • Conduct user training and customer vendor onboarding sessions.
  • Work with our Engineering team on custom feature requests and API integrations with customer systems.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple implementations, communicating progress through regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with assigned Customer Success Managers to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Develop project scope definitions and indicative project plans during the Pre-sales process.
  • Gather feedback from post-implementation surveys to continuously improve our delivery methodology.
  • Ensure customers become positive references for potential clients.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of project management and software delivery experience, with a proven track record of remote project delivery across global customers.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of AP systems/APIs.
  • Experience in customer success, implementation, support, technology, or operational consulting roles.
  • Understanding of waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
  • Data ETL experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in risk and issue management, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Skilled in tools like Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Jira, etc., for project management.
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software delivery and web technologies.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a drive for continuous improvement under remote working conditions.

Bonus Points For:

  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Domain knowledge or expertise in legal management/legal operations.
