Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Lead. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing employee-centric compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy, Analysis, and Execution
- Oversee the development and administration of global compensation and benefits policies
- Support managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters
- Ensure equitable, defensible, and scalable compensation processes
- Conduct job evaluations, salary surveys, and establish salary structures
- Experienced with executive compensation and strategy development for the Board
- Lead compensation and benefits projects globally
Benefits Strategy, Plan Design, and Execution
- Partner in the design of employee benefit programs
- Ensure competitive and delightful employee benefit experiences
- Oversee benefit plan administration and compliance
- Collaborate with brokers and vendors on benefit strategies and compliance
- Manage the open enrollment process
- Conduct market research for competitive compensation strategies
Data Analysis, Reporting, and Compliance
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Analyze compensation data for business insights
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits in private and public companies
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of global compensation and benefits principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and G-Suite
- Experience with start-up tech stacks and HRIS systems
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
The pay range for this role considers multiple factors including market, experience, and skills. It excludes potential incentive programs like performance bonuses. The range is $130,000 - $150,000.
