Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain manual test cases, automated test scripts, and other test artifacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Identify, record, and track software defects, working closely with developers for timely resolutions.
  • Conduct a combination of automation and manual testing for mobile and web applications.
  • Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve overall software quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4-6 years of QA experience, including at least 3 years as an Automation Engineer.
  • Strong experience with mobile applications and cloud-based testing platforms.
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented programming, preferably Python.
  • Experience with test automation tools like Appium and Cypress.
  • Hands-on experience with testing RESTful data services.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as Jenkins.
  • ISTQB or similar software testing certification.
