Role Summary

We seek a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to tackle complex machine learning and AI challenges within our innovative search platform. You will design, implement, and maintain models for semantic search, utilizing cutting-edge NLP, LLM, and image classification techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models for search, including NLP and graph analytics.
• Manage the full lifecycle of model development, operations, and maintenance.
• Research and evaluate new ML techniques to enhance product quality.
• Define key system metrics and data for effective model development.
• Collaborate with the team to foster an agile MLOps culture.
• Contribute to algorithms transforming data into interpretable information for search services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning/NLP.
• Proficient with ML toolkits (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and programming languages (Python, C, C++).
• Experience with building NLP applications and tuning models.
• Strong knowledge of ML techniques, including ranking and scoring approaches.
• Experience with data taxonomies, correlation, and recommendation engines.
• Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset.
• PhD in computer engineering/machine learning is a plus.

Preferred

• Experience with GIS and containerized environments.
• Ability to manage concurrent technical tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills and high integrity.
