🚀 Role Expectations

We are seeking a QA Software Tester to ensure the highest quality for Grip’s software. You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Business teams to rigorously test software features used in both in-person and online professional events.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Create test plans for Grip’s web and API features in collaboration with product developers.
• Develop test plans for client-specific features and communicate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements before and after development.
• Plan, execute, and monitor the testing of incoming and outgoing product features to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Execute and maintain reproducible and auditable test plans as part of the product delivery process.
• Work with colleagues to diagnose user feedback, bug reports, and facilitate necessary developments with the technical team and Product Manager.

🚀 Experience and Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex topics to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Aptitude for quickly understanding issues, logical thinking, and breaking down requirements into testable units.
• Bonus Points:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in software testing.
  • Experience in both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Proficiency with test management tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Qase.
