The Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer / Sourcing Recruiter for an initial 6-month contract. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and building a talent pipeline, particularly focusing on the needs of the Hitachi Digital Go-to-Market organization and leadership team.
As a vital member of our growing function, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Lead by qualifying needs, setting expectations with business stakeholders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Proactively targeting and engaging with talent to develop a robust and enthusiastic candidate pipeline.
- Assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, aligned with Hitachi’s core values.
- Presenting diverse and qualified candidate shortlists to inform hiring decisions.
- Utilizing social media channels to enhance brand awareness and attract potential talent.
What You'll Bring
- Proven expertise in sourcing and attracting talent within the technology sector, with specific knowledge of Digital and Gen AI technologies.
- Advanced search capabilities with the ability to leverage various tools and methods to find niche talent.
- Experience in global talent engagement and confidence interacting with international candidates.
- A proactive and structured approach to managing workloads, prioritizing hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Insight into the talent challenges of fast-paced, transforming organizations and a strong understanding of recruiting across diverse disciplines.
- A collaborative work style, engaging effectively with the global TA team, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
