About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Health Data Analyst to support our Health & Human Services (HHS), Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) Provider Relief Bureau (PRB) client. HRSA aims to improve healthcare services for underserved populations across the USA.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and report on functional and technical requirements gathering sessions.
- Create process flow diagrams and wireframes.
- Develop and maintain Use Case templates.
- Complete Gap Analyses.
- Contribute high-quality and accurate deliverables.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain project data and documentation (plans, schedules, budgets).
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and organize status meetings.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards.
- Assist in resource allocation and tracking.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track project metrics.
- Prepare and submit detailed meeting minutes and agendas.
- Maintain a repository of project-related documents with version control.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Document best practices and lessons learned.
- Seek opportunities for knowledge enhancement and new challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of public health project experience.
- Strong understanding of project management processes.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual).
- Ability to gather requirements cross-functionally.
- Adaptability to work in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification and experience.
- Experience with Knowledge Management Solutions.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms.
- Government public health agency support experience (preferably HHS).
Clearance Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen.
