The Position

We’re on the hunt for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team, focusing on building a top-notch marketplace that connects temporary workers with leading companies. Your work will drive significant product impact across our organization by defining and iterating on technological solutions and leading cross-departmental implementations.

Partner directly with engineering, data, design teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance our platform. Help clients experience long-term job stability while continuously improving their work experience.

At Jobandtalent, Product Managers are vital to multi-disciplinary teams, fostering autonomy and initiative to build and refine products that positively impact our clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Define a product vision and roadmap aligned with our business goals.
• Own and dive deep into key performance indicators (KPIs) with business analysts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams, as well as stakeholders, to set goals and strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact for product roadmap queries, oversee delivery progress, manage expectations, and align priorities.

Requirements for a Successful Candidate

• Proven experience working with engineering teams.
• Experience solving operational problems (staffing, logistics, etc.).
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, seeking out-of-the-box solutions.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and prioritize backlogs effectively.
• A keen interest in analyzing key business metrics and qualitative feedback.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Basic SQL & Redshift querying knowledge.
• Experience in developing third-party integrations.
