Job Overview: Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to coordinate both internal and customer-facing projects. Join us to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management for software development, ensuring cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver high-quality products.

• Understand business requirements and the context driving software development to prioritize projects and activities effectively.

• Interface with partners and customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, QA, Product Managers, and Customer-facing teams to navigate the software lifecycle effectively.

• Manage project schedules and ensure alignment across functions to achieve desired outcomes.

• Identify project gaps and communicate them clearly to stakeholders, ensuring resolution.

• Take ownership of release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization, with a proven track record of facilitating enterprise-level projects.

• At least 5 years of experience in software product delivery.

• Strong expertise in customer and partner communication.

• Proactive and capable of owning projects from inception to completion.

• Ability to build positive relationships based on trust and value delivered.

• Effective communication skills and robust project management, process, and decision-making abilities.

• Critical thinker with strategic insight and attention to detail.
