Responsibilities
The responsibilities in this role will contribute to the following outcomes:
- Enhanced Customer Satisfaction via Help Desk
- Monitoring, prioritizing, and responding to support tickets ensuring prompt and accurate issue resolution.
- Updating and maintaining the help desk knowledge base with relevant articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Drive Customer Retention through Training Support
- Develop training materials such as user guides, tutorials, and instructional videos.
- Collaborate with experts to develop comprehensive training programs and content.
- Reviewing and testing training materials for clarity and effectiveness.
- Gather and incorporate feedback to refine training materials.
- Assist in the delivery of training sessions, webinars, and workshops, providing supportive materials.
- Maintain documentation for training materials ensuring accessibility and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
