About the Role
NXTLVL EDUCATION LTD is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Learning to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning and implementation of NXTLVL's learning principles, establishing a purposeful learning platform complete with curriculum, content, structure, and sessions. Your strategic vision will play a crucial role in shaping NXTLVL's future while ensuring the highest quality of educational material. This role involves close collaboration with the founders and various departments, including Game Design, Facilitation, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement NXTLVL's pedagogy, curriculum framework, session structure, and content for all learning experiences.
- Work with the Head of Product and Design to translate learning objectives into immersive and effective experiences.
- Develop and execute an evaluation framework to continuously measure the effectiveness of learning experiences.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve objectives and key results (OKRs) related to learning and product development.
- Coordinate with product designers, subject matter experts, software engineers, and other creative professionals to identify best practices and integrate relevant research.
- Leverage AI to enhance and accelerate learning-related tasks.
- Communicate the science behind NXTLVL’s methodology to users, parents, partners, and a wider audience.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Passionate about children's education, particularly in soft skills and mental models.
- Holds a Master’s/PhD in Education or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in curriculum design, educational program development, and content creation.
- Experience in high-performing, team-first environments such as innovative game studios or high-growth startups.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Bonus Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in an early-stage or fast-growing edtech startup.
