Responsibilities

Paradyme has partnered with a leading enterprise AI software company and is seeking a skilled Junior AI/ML Software Developer to enhance our client's digital transformation through data-driven, scalable AI solutions.

As a Junior AI/ML Software Developer, you will collaborate with a team of proficient engineers to develop AI applications. This role requires hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, or Java and a strong collaborative spirit.

Paradyme offers two weeks of intensive product training and continuous on-the-job development. Staff on our AI team benefit from mentorship and professional growth opportunities, making it an excellent environment for curious and creative technical professionals.

  • Collaborate with developers, staff, and leadership to design solutions for customer challenges.
  • Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions.
  • Build tools to analyze large-scale data.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications, and software testing.
  • Develop documentation and technical procedures, and support guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, profiling, and optimization.
  • Strong passion for team-oriented problem solving in complex engineering scenarios.
  • Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.

Physical Requirements

Essential physical requirements to successfully perform the job include:

  • Sedentary work: Requires sitting for up to 8 hours per day and may involve lifting up to 5 pounds unassisted.
  • Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.
  • Hearing, speaking, and vision adequate for job duties and communication in person, via video, and telephone. This includes reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
  • Work may be performed in an office environment, involving frequent contact with staff and the public, and can be stressful at times.
