Role Overview

We are seeking a founding AI/ML engineer to join our team and help us deliver a revolutionary generative AI Agent and Technology Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy and Execution: Define and lead our technology strategy, selecting the appropriate architecture, tools, and processes to turn our vision into a reality.
• Product Development Leadership: Spearhead rapid prototyping and product iterations to refine product-market fit and meet customer demands.
• Active Development: Engage in coding and development using agile methodologies to ensure products remain cutting-edge and functional.
• Client Engagement: Articulate and demonstrate technological solutions to clients, using your technical expertise to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ongoing innovation.
• Team Development: Identify, recruit, and manage top-tier engineering talent globally, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• Professional Experience: 5-10 years in a relevant role, with substantial experience in startup environments and a track record of successful projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java, with a focus on AI. Experience with AI/ML models, deep learning, and NLP is essential.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Leadership and Problem-Solving: Exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
• Passion for AI: Genuine enthusiasm for the potential of AI technology to drive change.
