Job Description

Are you a talented and experienced AI & ML Developer? Join our dynamic team at Precision Technologies where you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance our products and services while solving complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML models to meet business challenges, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Implement and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines to ensure high-quality inputs for model training.
• Deploy and integrate AI/ML models into production environments using cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Evaluate and fine-tune models through cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble methods.
• Monitor and improve model performance post-deployment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide AI-driven insights that support decision-making.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, research, and best practices, and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into end-user applications.
• Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies, addressing concerns like bias, fairness, and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as an AI/ML Developer or Data Scientist, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., decision trees, SVMs, neural networks) and deep learning techniques (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
• Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling AI/ML models.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML.
