Job Description: Team Lead Data & Analytics

We are looking for a skilled data professional with international experience and leadership qualities to take on the role of Team Lead Data & Analytics. In this position, you will manage a multidisciplinary team of 8-10 members, along with external experts, to design, develop, and maintain data analytics and AI products in areas like supply chain management, logistics, finance, and customer insights. Your contributions will empower the business to make informed decisions and develop data-driven strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead your team using agile principles while fostering personal development.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and other team leaders to enhance team performance.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for specific use cases from initial vision to continuous improvement, aligned with value-driven OKRs.
• Support projects in roles such as Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Product Owner, Frontend Specialist, or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Innovate with advanced techniques to discover new solutions.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• A degree in an IT-related field.
• Extensive experience in one of the roles mentioned.
• Proven project management experience in data & analytics, including leading teams.
• Hands-on experience in an agile work environment.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, assertiveness, and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
