Position Summary
We’re seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to join our Product Marketing team. Your role will be crucial in nurturing and expanding Rasa's global developer community. You'll create projects and demos to capture developers' attention, deliver talks, write blog posts, and engage on social media. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder, you will work remotely from the UK, Germany, or Serbia.
Full-time, 100% Remote - Location: UK, Germany, or Serbia
This is a remote position only available in the UK, Germany, or Serbia.
Rasa can assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for candidates located in Germany only.
About the Role
In this dynamic startup environment, you'll roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to support our mission. You'll connect with developers building chatbots with LLMs and inspire them to use Rasa. As a Developer Relations Engineer, you'll:
Build and showcase interesting projects with Rasa.
Create scripts, apps, and utilities to enhance developer productivity.
Generate educational content to make technical topics accessible.
Engage with technical communities to stay current on trends.
Share your experiences through written content, videos, and talks.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the Developer Experience.
About You
Take pride in your work and stand behind what you publish.
Enjoy experimenting with new technologies and sharing your findings.
Have a working knowledge of machine learning, including familiarity with core concepts, coding experience, and understanding model architectures.
Ready to travel to developer conferences and events.
As a self-starter, generate great ideas and take the initiative to execute them.

Meet Your Team
This role is part of our Product department and partners directly with our Europe-based team, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer / Co-founder. While our Product department is based in Europe, other departments, especially Marketing, are distributed across North America.
