Key Responsibilities
Work with Engineering Leadership to scale a robust cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Foster a "shift left" culture for platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
Oversee On-Call and Incident Management processes and procedures.
Manage and prioritize work through an effective, agile process.
Mentor team members, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth.
Leverage your technical expertise to lead architecture and design decisions, occasionally engaging hands-on with non-critical projects.
Promote a collaborative, remote-first working culture.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience leading remote reliability, infrastructure, and/or software engineering teams.
Proven track record in driving the execution of high-value projects end-to-end.
Expertise in modern public cloud infrastructure, observability, and distributed systems.
Excellent planning and communication skills.
Ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable plans for your team.
Enthusiastic about growing and mentoring your team, with a history of promoting team members.
Data-driven, with experience using tools like JIRA and Sheets to inform decisions.
Passion for implementing and coaching Agile development processes.
