Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a vital force in driving SAP Fioneer's growth. Your main focus will be on recruiting technology roles and building high-performing teams in Serbia. Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs, develop tailored hiring strategies, and become a trusted advisor.
• Talent Sourcing and Screening: Use creative sourcing methods to identify and screen qualified candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria and presenting their potential to business stakeholders.
• Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial engagement to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
• Industry Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to optimize talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 4-5 years in talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services or IT consulting sectors.
• Technical Recruitment Expertise: Successful track record in recruiting tech and development roles (AI, ML, ERP) at various seniority levels. Prior experience in scaling up European software development centers is a plus.
• Talent Acquisition Knowledge: In-depth understanding of talent acquisition strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and work effectively within a team.
• Adaptability: Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a preference for those with start-up or scale-up experience.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Serbian and English is essential. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
