About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a firm background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and software engineering. Join our innovative team and contribute to developing and deploying advanced ML models.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Implement:
  • Create robust systems for high-quality prompts and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) tasks.
  • Design and implement scalable ML models and algorithms.
• Integration:
  • Integrate ML models into existing systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
• Research and Innovation:
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML, NLP, and RAG technologies.
  • Apply cutting-edge research to enhance existing systems and develop new solutions.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in ML or related fields, with a deep understanding of NLP and Generative AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying scalable ML models and pipelines.
  • Solid comprehension of software engineering principles, including version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
